
United Venins announced on Wednesday that it appointed Robsa Mukirji as head of integration and acquisitions, which strengthened its leadership team, as the expansion and digital transformation initiatives of financial institutions accelerated.
Mukherje has 13 years of experience in financing companies and investment banking services throughout the United Kingdom, the United States and India.
She previously held roles in Goldman Sachs and Caterpillar, and recently held the position of Vice President in Deutsche Bank in London and New York, and advice on integration and purchase transactions of more than $ 20 billion.
A qualified legal accountant, who also holds a Master of Business Administration from Warton School.
The company explained that in its new role, Mukherje will work closely with the founder and CEO Christian to identify high -capacity companies, the leading acquisition strategy and the structure friendly transactions.
