Standard Charterd revealed on Monday that she appointed Youssef Demair as a world president of data and analyzes and AI for her retail banking services (WRB).

This position is a newly created role aimed at enhancing the bank -based bank strategy through the customer’s trip.

Demiraal will join the bank on July 7, 2025, and will be centered in Hong Kong. It will submit a report to Samir Suburwal, the global head of wealth solutions, deposits and mortgages, and the chief customer employee.

The company’s data, analyzes and AI will lead to the company while working closely with marketing teams, digital sales and customer experience.

Demiraal has more than 25 years of experience in banking services and has recently been the head of the data analysis and customer relationship management group in HSBC.

There, he led global data platforms and CRM capabilities for retail sections and bank wealth, with a team of more than 1000 professionals in 20 markets.
