On Tuesday, Nuvei unveiled the new integration agent who works for Amnesty International, a tool designed to reduce the time that merchants and partners take to contact the payments of payments from weeks to only hours.
The company believes that the launch represents an important step in its strategy to include artificial intelligence through the workflow of paying institutions.
It was built on the protocol of the context of the open model (MCP). The company said that the integration agent simplifies one of the most complicated elements of payment systems: technical integration.
The company added that by converting the technical documents of Nuvei into a unified format that can be explained by large language models, the agent reduces manual effort and error rates.
Nuvei pointed out that, according to the premature adopters, the integration times were reduced to hours, as errors decreased by up to 40 %, and the complex problems that were solved in less than 30 minutes. Moreover, they said that non -technical users were able to create a work integration code.
The company feels that the new tool will help institutions on the air faster, allowing it to process transactions sooner, improving approval rates, reducing costs, thus opening millions of potential gradual revenues.
“Amnesty International is working to transform payments by removing the complexity and speeding up the growth of companies,” said Phil Fire, a president and CEO of Nuweifi.
“Integration agent is one of the numerous initiatives in Nuvei, where we move towards the full trade that enables institutions to communicate and improve and create a life life cycle in new ways.”
