Citi Wealth unveiled two new digital platforms, vision and Askweile consultants, designed to enhance how bankers and consultants interact with customers.

Advisors are said to provide bankers and consultants dedicated information panel that carries timely messages about market developments, portfolios and current events, including comments from the Citi Wealth Investment Office.

Askwealth, at the same time, is an artificial intelligence assistant that provides immediate answers through the ecosystem of the wealth in Citi.

“These platforms will provide hours of time for our consultants, bankers and service teams while enhancing personal and high -touch experience, which represents a tradition in our company.”

“These new tools that operate with the same Amnesty International are Gamechanics for Citi Wealth,” said Andy Sig, head of wealth. “They give our advisers more clear visions, simplify how we work, and open new capabilities to serve customers with speed and accuracy.”
