CBOE Global Markets has unveiled that she appointed Craig Donohu as the next CEO, starting from May 7, 2025, succeeding Frederick Thomsik, who will remain in the board of directors and works in a consultative role until the end of June.
Donohue brings more than 30 years of experience in the global financial markets, including eight years as CEO of the CME group, a modern, as a modern CME group as a former OCC president, a house for stock derivatives.
