
On Tuesday, Fintel announced that the great independent director, IMOGEN Joss, will step down from the company’s board of directors at his annual general meeting (AGM) on May 20, 2025. Jose, who joined the board of directors in January 2021, leaves for personal reasons.
The company revealed that Tim Clark, who is currently a non -executive director and head of the audit and risk committees, will take over as the Supreme Independent Director of Jose’s resignation.
The council added that it is close to the conclusion of the external employment process to determine the successor of Jos.
FINTEL expects an official date before AGM. The next director will also take over the role of the head of the rewards and nomination committees.
Commenting on the change, Phil Smith, Fintel’s non -executive president, said “It has been a pleasure to work with Imogen since joining the council, then took the company’s chair in May 2023.
“This period was very important for Fintel’s strategic progress, and IMOGEN was a full contribution to our agenda. We regret losing from our council table, but we wish her success in the future.
